The short version of the deal
You’re using Confetti Cam as a guest at someone’s event.
- Your photos are for the couple. Everything you capture goes into the hosts’ private album. They own the album experience: they choose what’s kept, what’s shared, and when it’s revealed. You keep ownership of what you shoot, and you give the hosts permission to keep, share, and print it for personal use — that’s the point of the product.
- You also give us (Confetti Cam) the limited technical permission to store and process your media so the album works. We never sell it, never use it for ads or AI training, never touch it beyond running the service. Full detail: Terms of Service §5 and the Privacy Policy.
- Claim your own name. Don’t shoot as somebody else.
- Be a good guest. Nothing unlawful, explicit, or cruel. The hosts and we can remove anything; serious stuff gets reported to authorities.
- Changed your mind about a shot? You can ask us to delete media you captured — privacy@confetti.cam.
- You must be old enough to agree to this (16, or have a parent or guardian’s OK).
